I have been in practice for over twenty-five years. My strengths include providing warmth, compassion and connection. My primary goal is to provide a safe environment for exploration and healing. My primary therapeutic modality is Internal Family Systems. I am also a certified EMDR therapist, and have found great utility and positive results with the combination of the two. I strive to meet individuals where they are and work with them to achieve their goals whatever they may be. I provide a comfortable, non-judgmental space for individuals to open up and be themselves offering partnership in examining challenges and seeking solutions. I join with others to empower them to be their best selves. Change is often difficult. To achieve meaningful and life changing results, it can mean moving beyond usual routines and comfort zones.
